1. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $40.00 for all shipments within the United States.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment in full, but we ask for 3-4 business days.
  • Please allow up to five business days before inquiring about the status of your shipment.
  • In the event of a delay for any particular item, the product page will display how long of a delay you can expect. We may ship all items in one box, so one item delayed may delay the rest of the items in an order.

3. Methods of Shipping

  • We determine the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method for your order, which may include FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Overnight.
  • Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes by default. Please contact the trading desk to inquire about special USPS only delivery to P.O. Boxes.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days.
  • Some orders with items requiring longer preparation times may be shipped in multiple packages and may not all dispatch on the same day.

5. Discreet Packaging

  • All shipments are packaged discreetly and do not reference our company name or the contents, such as gold, silver, or bullion, to ensure privacy and security.

6. Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured. In the event a package is lost or stolen, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund once the carrier has declared the package lost or stolen.
  • Your cooperation may be required in filing an insurance claim or assisting with an investigation. Failure to assist may result in forfeiture of replacement or refund rights.

7. No International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. All shipments are limited to addresses within the United States.

8. Important Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for packages left unattended or signed for by unauthorized persons (e.g., doormen, neighbors, or employees at rented mailboxes such as the UPS Store). Such instructions void our insurance coverage.
  • It is our responsibility to file a claim with the insurance company if a package is deemed lost or damaged in transit.
