We, at Aurora Gold & Silver, LLC, strive for customer satisfaction, ensuring our shipping procedures are convenient, effective, and secure. This Shipping Policy outlines key details about our product shipping process. Your agreement with this policy is implied with each purchase.
Shipping Timeframe:
- Most items are shipped within three business days following the trade confirmation.
- We request customers to wait for up to five business days before inquiring about shipping status.
- In the event of a shipping delay, it will be clearly communicated to the customer before finalizing the trade or indicated on the product listing.
Methods of Shipping:
- To ensure competitive prices, we determine the most efficient and cost-effective method for delivery once your order is placed.
- The majority of orders are dispatched via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Overnight. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Tracking & Delivery:
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
- Some orders may be held until items with longer shipping times are ready to ship, and may be shipped in one or more packages which may not all dispatch on the same day.
- If you have any delivery concerns, please contact us directly by calling or texting at 630-281-9169.
Discreet Packaging:
- All shipments are packaged inconspicuously and do not reference our company name or items of value, such as gold, silver, or bullion.
Shipping Insurance:
- Every shipment, regardless of size, is covered by our insurance policy. In the unlikely event that a package has not been delivered, we will not be able to refund or reship the purchased product until the appropriate carrier has notified us in writing that said package has been declared lost and/or stolen. At that point in time, we will, in our sole discretion, either replace the original product or refund the full purchase price.
- You agree to assist with any insurance claim and/or investigation by any law enforcement organization in connection with any package which is lost or stolen. If you fail to assist, we may not replace the product or refund the purchase price.
- For lost or damaged packages, please contact us immediately. For damaged packages, we must be notified within three business days after delivery.
Shipping Rates:
- USA: $30
- Canada: $60 USD
International Shipping is available for all of our product lines. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer on delivery. You may be subject to taxes and/or duties for your order. Please consult a local customs broker for more information on duty and tax rates.
Please Note:
- We cannot be responsible for your package if you leave instructions for the delivery personnel to leave the package unattended or with a doorman, neighbor, or signed for by an employee at a rented mailbox such as the UPS store. Such requests void our insurance.
- It is our responsibility to file a claim with our insurance company if we deem the package has been lost or damaged during transit.
This Shipping Policy may change without prior notice. Updates or modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
