Terms of Credit/Debit Card Authorization

By requesting and completing the DocuSign authorization, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Billing Descriptor
    Charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “AURORA GOLD AND SILVER, LLC.”
  2. Processing Fee
    A 4% fee will be applied to the Zelle Price Calculated Order Total for all credit/debit card transactions.
  3. Finality of Sales
    All sales are final due to the nature of our products, which include precious metal bullion and coins. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted once payment is processed.
  4. Dispute Process
    Any disputes or claims regarding a transaction must be submitted in writing to info@auroragoldshop.com within 10 business days of the transaction date.
  5. Authorization Duration
    This authorization will remain in effect until you provide written notice of cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@auroragoldshop.com or mailed to:

  6. Arbitration Agreement
    You agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this authorization will be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in the Aurora Gold & Silver LLC Terms of Service.
